Sometimes the Mac Keychain causes issues when you attempt to log into the Lesley wireless networks.  To fix this issue, you must delete the networks from your Mac Keychain.



Deleting Lesley networks from the Keychain


1.  Open the Finder window.




2.  Click on Applications.




3.  Click on Utilities.




4.  Choose Keychain Access.




5.  Control-click on the Lesley network(s) listed in the keychain.  Choose Delete "the name of the network" from the menu that pops up.




6.  A message will pop up asking if you are sure you want to delete the network.  Press the Delete button.




7.  The network will be deleted from your Keychain.  Try connecting to the wireless network again to see if deleting the network from the Keychain worked. If you are still having issues, contact the Help Desk by emailing it@lesley.edu or by calling 617-349-8770.
