Reach out to your program with any questions or concerns.

Browser Support

In order to use myLesley/Blackboard and other supported tools, you will need a current, updated browser. Run the Blackboard Browser Checker to see whether Blackboard Learn supports your browser and operating system.

We have noticed that
Firefox and Chrome tend to be most compatible with all of our supported tools. Therefore, we strongly recommend accessing Lesley-supported tools using the latest version of one of these browsers.

For the best experience, use a strong, reliable wired or wi-fi network. A cellular network is not recommended.

Please note that not all tools used in your course are compatible across all browsers and devices. This is especially true if you are using a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet. For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.

Antivirus Software

Be sure to install an antivirus tool on your computer, such as MacAfee, Symantec/Norton, etc. This will help keep your computer safe from viruses and other threats.

Certain courses or programs may require additional content-specific software. Students will be given information on how to access or purchase them prior to the start of each course.

Additional Tools

You may need a microphone or headset to record audio or participate in online meetings. The earbuds that come with most cell phones will work just fine.

You may need a camera or webcam to record video or participate in online meetings. In most instances, you computer's built-in camera or a smartphone will suffice.
