At Lesley we use OneDrive to allow each of our users to store up to 1TB of data in the cloud for easy access across their devices. Ever hear of Dropbox? OneDrive is similar, but comes with many additional features like real-time collaboration on documents, integration with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and the ability to access your files using your Lesley username and password.
