Sometimes if you've changed your password at the site, you don't get prompted for a password when you open your Outlook desktop client.  This happens when you've saved your former password in Outlook.  Good news though -  you can update your password in your Outlook client yourself! 



1.  Choose Preferences from the Outlook drop-down menu.




2.  In the Personal Settings area, click on Accounts.




3.  In the Password field, delete the password that is already there.  Enter your new password and press the little red ball in the upper left hand side of the window to close the window.
