If you are attempting to unlock your account or reset your password on the https://mp.lesley.edu site, and you don't know the answers to your profile questions, call the IT Help Center at 617.349.8770 or email it@lesley.edu and ask to have your password reset. Once your password has been set to the default, you must go to the https://mp.lesley.edu site and click on Activate/Change Password.  Once you have changed your password, you will then click on the Create / Edit my Profile section and set up your profile by choosing 3 questions and providing answers to the questions.
