If you are attempting to unlock your account or reset your password on the https://password.lesley.edu site, and you don't know the answers to your profile questions, you can opt to use email verification. If you don't have an email on file, call the IT Help Center at 617.349.8770 or email email@example.com and ask to have your password reset. Once your password has been set to the default, you must go to the https://password.lesley.edu site and click on Activate/Change Password. Once you have changed your password, you will then click on the Create / Edit my Profile section and set up your profile by choosing 3 questions and providing answers to the questions. You can also log into Self-Service and add a Password Reset email for verification so that you'll be all set.
