If you get locked out of your Lesley-issued computer due to entering an invalid password multiple times, you can go to another computer on the Lesley network and access the Password Management site to either unlock your account by choosing Unlock my Account or reset your password by choosing Reset my Password. If you are unable to access another computer, wait 30 minutes and try again or call the IT Help Desk at 617.349.8770.
