If you don't have an alternate email linked to the Password Management site, or if you want to change that email on file, or even just check to see if you have an email linked to the password site, you can do so in Self-Service.


1. Log into Self-Service.

2. Click on the User Options section of the left-hand menu in Self-Service.

3. On the Add Alternate Email for Password Reset page, you will be able to see if you already have an email on file. In the example below, there is an email already. If the email is correct, you can just go back to the Main menu and log out of LOIS. If you want to change the email, enter the new email in the fields marked Step 1 and Step 2.  Press the Apply button. Your email will be updated to use with the Password Management site in about 15 minutes.
