Adding an email for a password resets

If you don't have a Password Reset email linked to the Password Management site, or if you want to change that email on file, or even just check to see if you have an email linked to the password site, you can do so in Self-Service.


1. Log into Self-Service.


2. Click on the User Options section of the left-hand menu in Self-Service and select User Profile.



3. On the User Profile page, you will be able to view and modify the email addresses you have on file, including your Password Reset email.


4. This page will display a yellow banner asking you to confirm your email addresses and phone numbers.  Once you have confirmed both, the banner will disappear.
