Overview
Having trouble logging in? Here are a few things we recommend trying before you reset your password:
- Clear your browser's cache, or history. This will often reset your login information.
- HIPAA Tip! NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER auto-save your login user name and password for an electronic health record. This is considered a HIPAA violation.
- Pro tip: Use Google Chrome as your default browser.
- Make sure your login information is correct. If your email address is your username, be sure you are inputting the email associated with your Tevera account.
- If you have multiple accounts, keep track of which username and password belong to which account.
How to reset your Tevera password
- Go to your organization login page. The User Login URL follows this pattern: organizationdomain.tevera.app/#/logon. Your login page should look something like this:
2. Input your username and password. If you forgot one or both, click the Forgot login details? prompt under the Login button.
- Enter either the email address associated with your Tevera account or your mobile number if it is associated with your Tevera account.
4. When you have entered an email or a mobile number, click the Reset password button.
5. A message will then pop-up notifying you that an email has been sent to your Tevera-associated email account with instructions and a link to reset your password.
6. Open your email and click on the link.
7. A new page will open for you to reset your password.- All passwords must contain the following:
- At least 8 characters
- 1 digit (number)
- 1 non-alphanumeric character
- 1 uppercase letter
8. When you have successfully entered a new password, click the Reset password button.
9. The page will then close and you can login using your new password.
