- If you cannot log into your account, go to Tevera.com and click on Contact Us.
2. If you are a Student, go to Students and click on Contact Us. If you are Faculty, go to Program Administrators and click on Contact Us.
3. Then you will go to Need Technical Support and fill in your personal information so Tevera can contact you. Please make sure to add Lesley University as the name of your University.
4. Since you can’t log into your account, you will most likely pick Trouble Logging In. Never choose Purchasing Tevera as you are part of Lesley University’s account. Then be VERY descriptive about what is going on with your account. The more details, the quicker your problem is resolved.
5. Finally, click SUBMIT and wait for Tevera to contact you either by phone or email. Check the email address you provided, including junk and SPAM.
