TABLE OF CONTENTS

When Will I Be Able to Access my Course?

Faculty Access:

Courses are created in myLesley 12 weeks prior to the start date. If you do not see your course in myLesley and it is within the 12 week window, please contact the program scheduler in your department.

Student Access:

Students receive access to the course site 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Please note: myLesley enrollments are updated once per day. If you have just registered for a course today, you may not have access to it until the next day. If you still do not see your course, please contact the registrar's office.

Course Access Ends:

Courses in myLesley become unavailable 2 years (730 days) from the end date of the course. Students who have graduated lose access to myLesley 60 days after graduation. For more information view the Electronic Account Management chart.

Adding Students to Your myLesley Course

Students must be registered for the course through the registrar's office. You can verify their registration through your course roster in Self-Service. Self-Service will reflect new registrations immediately but the registration will not be reflected in your myLesley course until approximately 9:30 the following morning. If the student is registered but unable to see the course in myLesley, they need to contact the Support Hub at [email protected] or call 617-349-8760.

Adding a Teaching/Course Assistant, Guest or Additional Faculty to Your Course

Faculty may request students be added to a course or community as:

  • Student TA's or Course Assistants
  • Students completing an Incomplete grade
  • Alternate practicum course
  • Independent study requirement
  • Non-Credit course participation

You may also request guests, course mentors or fellow faculty be added to your course.

Alumni Access to myLesley
