TABLE OF CONTENTS

When Will I Be Able to Access my Course?

Faculty Access:

Courses are created in myLesley 12 weeks prior to the start date. If you do not see your course in myLesley and it is within the 12 week window, please contact the program scheduler in your department.

Student Access:

Students receive access to the course site 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Please note that myLesley enrollments are updated once per day. If you have just registered for a course today, you may not have access to it until the next day. If you still do not see your course, please contact the Support Hub.

Course Access End Dates

All courses in myLesley are disabled  in the system after a certain time period:

  • Undergraduate and Masters' level courses are disabled 2 years from the end date of the course.
  • Doctoral level courses are disabled 5 years from the end date of the course.

Graduating students lose access to myLesley 60 days after graduation. Refer to the Technology Access for Graduating Students support article for more information about alumni access to Lesley accounts.

Add Students to Your myLesley Course

Students register for courses in Self-Service. Self-Service will reflect new registrations immediately but the registration will not be reflected in your myLesley course until approximately 9:30 the following morning. If you registered for a course but do not see your course in myLesley, contact the Support Hub at help@lesley.edu or call 617-349-8760.

Add a Teaching/Course Assistant, Guest, or Additional Faculty to Your Course

Enrollments in courses with student activity are done via Colleague (our system of record). This ensures that access to the student information can be easily tracked. Please fill out one of the Course Access Request forms to request enrollment in a course. The form will be reviewed by the Enterprise Applications team who will add you to the course via Colleague.
