Need help creating signage to use on our campus widescreen displays? We have two ways to get started:
- a browser-based tool for quick custom designs
- downloadable PowerPoint templates for a wider range of uses
Signage Studio (browser-based)
The Signage Studio web tool helps you build display-ready images without other software. Choose from five layouts, click any text field to edit it, and upload your own photos. Set a QR code URL if your layout includes one.
The studio is best suited for event announcements and initiative promotions. Access it here: Digital Signage Studio
PowerPoint Templates
Attached to this article (see below), you'll find three PowerPoint files. Each contains a collection of templates. Download the collections, choose a template, and swap the filler content with your own.
Digital Signage Templates - Simple
This collection of three templates works best if don't have any images or QR codes to add. The designs are simple, and easy to edit quickly.
Digital Signage Templates - Events + Initiatives
We built this collection of four templates to have a more polished, professional. Two of the four include space for a QR code. These are ideal for important events and initiatives.
Digital Signage Templates - Assorted Purposes
This collection of seven templates was built for a variety of purposes. They're especially ideal for deadline reminders, greetings, awareness raising, and calls to action.
Submitting Your Design
Submit a ticket to the Support Hub with the final draft of your design attached. Files should be in JPG format. Be sure to mention the timeframe in which your slide should be displayed, using start dates and end dates. We'll schedule it for inclusion on our signage playlists during that timeframe.
