Sharing Content in SharePoint to a Large Audience

If you would like to share your SharePoint site with a broad population of people, like staff, faculty or students, there are pre-existing groups that you can use. The lists are as follows:

Auto-AD Applicant	Applicants

Auto-Active Students	Students in matriculating programs
Auto-AD-Active Student	Non-matriculating, end date of last registered class within 180 days
Auto-AD Student	Every student
Auto-Off Campus Students	Matriculating student’s home location region is NOT “ON”
Auto-On Campus Students	Matriculating student’s home location region is “ON”

Auto-Adjunct Faculty	Adjuncts
Auto-Admin Faculty	Administrators with faculty rank
Auto-Core Faculty	Core faculty
Auto-Emeritus Faculty	Emeritus faculty
Auto-RetiredEmeritusTeaching	Emeritus/Retired actively teaching
