Time Zones in Microsoft Bookings
The meetings and calendar items in Bookings are responsive to the time zone settings on each user's end. For example, if User A has their time zone set to Eastern Time, the booking calendar will show available appointment times in Eastern Time. If User B has their time zone set to Pacific time, The booking calendar will show available appointment times in Pacific Time.
If you are noticing an issue with time zones when using Bookings, you will want to check your time zone settings. In some cases, your computer or your Office 365 may default to Pacific Time, regardless of your current location.
Check Your Time Zone When Booking a Meeting
By default, when you are booking a meeting, the available meeting times will show in your time zone. To confirm that your time zone is correct, click on the Time Zone button (globe icon) to confirm or change your time zone.
If you are repeatedly noticing a discrepancy with your time zone, check your system setting and, if you have a Lesley University account, your Office 365 settings.

On most computers and mobile devices, your time zone is set automatically. However, you can manually change your time zone in your settings.
