What is Microsoft Bookings?

Microsoft Bookings allows users to easily configure and share their availability with others, avoiding the back and forth of scheduling. Users can share their personal booking page, allowing you to see their availability and easily schedule a time that works for both of you.

Booking a Meeting

You may book a meeting with someone from their personal booking page. Click the link they provided to go to their page.

If you are a member of the Lesley University community and already logged into the system, you will be brought directly to their booking page.

If you are not logged into the system you will be prompted to sign in or continue as a guest. If you have a Lesley account, sign in with your Lesley credentials. If you do not have a Lesley account, proceed as a guest.

From the bookings page, select a meeting type (if applicable). Next, select your preferred date and a time for your meeting.

By default, the available times will show in your time zone. To confirm that your time zone is correct, click on the Time Zone button (globe icon) to confirm or change your time zone.

Once you have selected your meeting time, click Next.

You will see a summary of your meeting date and time. Check this information for accuracy. You will then be prompted to enter or confirm your name, email, and (optional) notes for the person you are booking with. Click Book to book your meeting.

Once you have booked your meeting, both you and the meeting host will receive a confirmation email.

Time Zone Errors

If you are repeatedly noticing a discrepancy with your time zone, check your system setting and, if you have a Lesley University account, your Office 365 settings.

Change the Time Zone on your Computer or Mobile Device

On most computers and mobile devices, your time zone is set automatically. However, you can manually change your time zone in your settings.

Check your Time Zone Settings in Office 365

In some cases, the time zone on your computer or mobile device may be correct, but you are still seeing a time zone discrepancy with Bookings. If this is the case, check your time zone settings in Office 365.

Refer to the Time Zone Discrepancies with Microsoft Bookings support article for detailed instructions.
