• Cannot use Legal First Name.
• Cannot use the reverse or circular shift of Legal First Name.
• Cannot use a rearrangement of Legal First Name.
• Cannot use Legal Last Name.
• Cannot use the reverse or circular shift of Legal Last Name.
• Cannot use a rearrangement of Legal Last Name.
• Cannot use Lesley Username.
• Cannot use the reverse or circular shift of Lesley Username.
• Cannot use a rearrangement of Lesley Username.
• Cannot use Identity User ID.

Conditional (3 out of 4 rules must be satisfied)

• Should have a minimum of 1 upper case characters.
• Should have a minimum of 1 lower case characters.
• Requires a minimum of 1 numbers.
• Requires a minimum of 1 special characters.
