Create a Team Meeting
Within Teams you can easily create an online meeting with some or all of your Team members. To create a meeting click on the Meetings button on the left side of the page.
The Meetings area will display any upcoming meeting that scheduled in Teams, Exchange, or Outlook. To create a meeting, click Schedule a Meeting. Here you will be prompted to enter meeting details and invite your attendees.
You have the option to make the meeting private, to only those you invite, or public to your entire Team. To make the meeting private, do not select a channel for the meeting. To open up the meeting to others on your Team, select a channel in which to hold the meeting.
Join a Team Meeting
You may join a Team meeting by clicking on the meeting in your Meetings area. If the meeting was created in a Team channel, you may join directly from the link in the channel. You will also receive a notification when it is time to join the meeting and you may click the link in the notification to join the meeting.

Manage Audio Settings
Check your audio settings to make sure that your microphone and camera settings are configured correctly. To do so, click Choose Devices on the top right of your meeting window. Use the menu to configure your audio and video settings.
Share Your Desktop
Desktop sharing lets you present your screen or the app you're using during a meeting. To share your screen in a meeting, click Share Desktop in your meeting controls.
You can choose to present your entire desktop, a specific app, or a file.
