How do I waive my health insurance?

1. Go to www.gallagherstudent.com/Lesley.
2. Under "Profile," enter your email address and press the button labeled "log in." Follow the login instructions. 
3. Select "Waive" under the Plan Summary.
4. Follow the instructions to complete the form. You will need your health insurance information.
5. A reference number will be emailed to you upon submission. The final determination may take 24-48 hours. If you require assistance, please contact Gallagher Customer Service at 1.800.401.6068.

First-Time Users: An email with the subject "Verify your Gallagher Student Health Account" will be sent to your Lesley inbox from notifications@gallagherstudent.com. Upon opening, you'll find a "click here" link and a temporary password from Gallagher Student Health. Highlight and copy the password to your clipboard, and after pressing the "click here" link, enter the temporary password where prompted. Press submit. If successful, a confirmation page will display the message, "your password has been successfully updated." If you did not receive a temporary password, you can choose the "Forgot your password?" option on the login page.
