How do I pay my tuition bill?

Modified on Fri, 01 Sep 2023 at 04:01 PM

Tuition and fee charges can be paid online via the Student Account Center (SAC) with an American Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA credit card. All credit card and debit card payments are subject to a convenience fee. Check/ACH payments can be made online without a fee. To visit the Student Account Center, log into Self-Service with your Lesley username and password at lesley.edu/selfservice. In the Financial Information menu, select "Student Finance" and then "View Billing Activity and Make a Payment." You will be redirected to the Student Account Center.

If you'd like to grant account access to a parent or guardian so they can pay your bill, please consult our article on setting up 3rd-party access to your account.

Checks mailed to the University should be made payable to Lesley University. Please include your full name and Lesley ID number (or the student’s full name and ID number if paying on their behalf) to ensure proper application to the student account. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure payments are made by the payment due date for each semester. Please allow at least ten business days for payments mailed to the University to avoid late payment fees.

Check payments can also be made at the Support Hub in University Hall (1815 Massachusetts Avenue, 1st floor).  We do not accept cash payments or credit card payments at our service window or via the phone.

A screenshot of the SAC. The first page you find after logging in. The page has 3 boxes, one labeled Expenses, another labeled Refund, and another with the student's name and links to register for mobile alerts and to add authorized users. The Expenses boxes has a Make a Payment button and lists the balance due as well as a link to account details. The Refunds box has a link to manage refund preferences.

The Current Account Activity page of the SAC, accessible by selecting the View Details link on the Home page. The page contains a balance summary table with transaction details, which can be filtered according to Date, Term, Description, Charge, or Credit. The page also lists the student's current balance and has a Make a Payment button.
