Time zone error in Bookings meetings

Modified on Fri, Mar 7 at 1:05 PM

If you find that you are experiencing time zone differences when creating or accepting meetings, you may want to double-check your time zone setting in Office 365.  Office 365 tends to default to Pacific Time, so your settings might have to be corrected.

Updating your time zone setting

1. Go to https://lesley.edu/office365. Log in with your Lesley credentials.

2, Click on the Settings (gear icon) button on the left-hand side of the page.

3. In the Language and Time Zone area, click on the Change your language link.

4. In the Region area, check your Regional format and your Time Zone.

Note that once your Office 365 account is in your correct time zone, the meetings/calendar items are responsive to the time zone on the user's end, so there should be no discrepancies when setting up meetings with a person in a different time zone.
