Once you've added recovery information to the https://password.lesley.edu site, you can easily change or reset your password. If you haven't entered any recovery information, you can email [email protected] or call 617-349-8770 to get help. Note: The system will not let you enter an international number as the recovery mobile information, so you will only be able to enter a personal recovery email.
What is the difference between changing and resetting your password? Changing your password is when you know your current active password but want to change it. Resetting your password is when you have forgotten your password, or it has expired after the 180 days between password changes.
Resetting your password
1. Go to https://password.lesley.edu and enter your Lesley username (excluding the @lesley.edu ending) and press the Next button.
2. Click on the Forgot your password? link.
3. Choose the method that you would like to use to receive a code and then press the Next button.
4. A window will pop up letting you know where you can find your PIN. Press the Close button.
5. Enter your PIN in the PIN field and press the Validate button.
6. You will then be able to enter a new password in the 2 password fields and press the Submit button. Windows will pop up letting you know that you successfully updated your password.
