Accessing Student Roster in myLesley

Modified on Mon, Jun 8 at 1:57 PM

Your course roster allows you to view your class list, view your students' profile information (if added), send messages, and add accommodations.

To access your roster in your Ultra course, go to your Course Content page and locate the Details & Actions menu. Click the View everyone in your course link to open your roster.

Please note that students are not enrolled in myLesley courses until 8 weeks before the course start date. To view a list of students registered for your course sooner, check your roster in Self-ServiceIf an enrolled student is not listed in Self-Service or in your myLesley course, please have them contact the Support Hub.

On the Roster page you can view everyone in your course. If your students have added a profile picture, pronouns, or their name pronunciation to their myLesley Profile, you will see these as well.

Click on a student's profile image to view more information or send them a message.

You may also set accommodations for your students by clicking on the More Options (three dots) menu and selecting Accommodations. Students with accommodations are noted with a purple icon next to their name.

Click on a student's name to view their Student Overview page. From here, you may:

  • View the student's name and profile information (if they added it).
  • View the date the student last accessed your course.
  • View the student's Overall grade.
  • View or change the student's Accommodations.
  • View the Student Activity Details to see how the student is interacting with your course.
  • Send your student a message.
  • Click the Grades tab to view and access your student's grades and submission attempts.
  • Click the Progress tab to view your student's progress through the course.
  • Click the Notes tab to add private notes about your student.
