You may see a yellow bar across the top of your Advise page indicating New Alerts, most often referencing your mailbox. These are NOT alerts related to students/advisees but instead are related to the platform Advise uses, which is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You can click on the X to remove this notification from your view. If you click on View Alerts, nothing will happen.
