If you are having trouble accessing the Medicat Patient Portal - - here are some troubleshooting steps to try.

Troubleshooting steps

  • You must be an active student. All active students should have access to the site. Please note that active students gain access to Medicat on the next day after their status was changed to active student, since the systems sync overnight.
  • Make sure that you are using your Lesley credentials to log in, using the full username - (, and your Lesley password.
  • Test that your password is correct by using a different browser, or a private/incognito window in your current browser, to log into a Lesley account such as Self-Service or email. If it works, then you know that your password is correct.
  • Try logging into the Medicat Patient Portal in that other browser or private/incognito window in your current browser.  If that works, then you know that you have to clear your browser's cache in your regular browser.  Here is an article with instructions on how to clear your browser's cache: Clearing your browser's cache.
