2025-26 Academic Year Students:

We are excited to welcome you to the Lesley University 2025-26 academic year! Please read the following information carefully and log into the student portal to upload immunization and other health documents.

Student Medical Portal

Visit the student medical portal at lesley.medicatconnect.com

  • New students will be granted access to the portal as soon as you’re a registered student.
  • Please start planning and gather all your immunization documents in advance so that you can upload these documents as soon as access to your medical portal has been granted.
  • If you are a returning student and have previously uploaded the required documents, then you only need to check for any new requirements and upload any updates.
  • Before uploading your documents, please confirm that all documents are in English, have your name, date of birth, name and contact information of your medical provider, clinic, lab, or pharmacy, the date each vaccine was administered, and if you’re providing serological test results that the results include the lab value range or your immunity status.

Massachusetts Mandated Immunizations

All students must comply with Massachusetts State immunization requirements. Upload proof of your immunizations into the medical portal.*
