Introduction
Lesley University Student Health Connect is the University's on-campus health clinic, provided in partnership with Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) Virtual Primary Care. BILH employs, schedules, and oversees the nurses and clinicians who work there.
Location
Student Health Connect is located in our Porter Square campus on the first floor of University Hall, next to the Support Hub (1815 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA).
Who Can Use It
Student Health Connect is available to all residential undergraduate and Threshold Program students. Be sure to enroll before you visit. To enroll, go to bilh.org/lesley or call 781-825-8674 and select option 5.
Student Health Services Fee
Lesley's student health services fee is $400 per semester and covers testing for flu, strep, COVID, STIs, and pregnancy as well as a same-day telehealth appointment with a doctor while test results are being processed. If a student needs services beyond what the fee covers, their insurance will be billed.
What Happens During a Visit
An on-site nurse assesses your needs and provides care within the clinic's scope of services. If your situation calls for more, the nurse connects you with a virtual primary care clinician from the BILH network.

For a copy of a Student Health Service record from a visit before August 31, 2026, email help@lesley.edu and say you're requesting your Student Health Services record. Please note that immunization records are separate. Those stay in Lesley's pre-enrollment immunization record site at lesley.medicatconnect.com.
Counseling and Mental Health
Mental health services are separate from Student Health Connect. For mental health services, contact the Lesley University Counseling Center (LUCC). The LUCC is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is closed on weekends, school breaks, and holidays. It is located on the fourth floor of Schwartz Hall at 23 Mellen Street on the Doble Campus. Students can contact the center by email at counselingcenter@lesley.edu or by phone at (617) 349-8545 for more information or to schedule an appointment.
The LUCC also partners with Riverside Community Care. Referrals to Riverside's outpatient center can be made for care options such as:
- long-term therapy appointments
- medication assessment and management
- specialized services
The Riverside Outpatient Center at Cambridge is an independent, licensed mental health provider. Staffed by Riverside clinicians, it offers a wide range of behavioral healthcare services. If Riverside cannot provide a service, referrals to community outpatient services are available.
For more information on LUCC services, please refer to this knowledge base article: Lesley University Counseling Center - Services Offered: Support Hub.
Please note: To receive LUCC services, students must be in Lesley University undergraduate, graduate, or Threshold programs. Students must also be currently enrolled in classes and physically located in Massachusetts.
