Colleague training it typically provided by each department due to unique business processes within each functional area. However, Ellucian has robust documentation for the use of Colleague that is accessible to Lesley employees upon employment verification. To access these resources, you will need to create an account with Ellucian by following the instructions below.
- Go to the Colleague SharePoint site.
- Access the Colleague drop-down menu and select Ellucian Customer Support Center (first image below). Alternatively, if you are already logged into Colleague, you can click on the ? HELP icon in the left vertical navigation bar and select Ellucian Documentation (second image below).
- You will be redirected to the Ellucian Customer Support Center site. Click on the Sign up for an account link.
- Enter the prompts using your Lesley email address and click on Submit.
- You will be presented with an Account Registration page where you will enter information about your employment at Lesley. Enter the required information. For the Username we recommend your Lesley username up to the @.
This will initiate an employment verification process between Ellucian and Lesley. Once Lesley confirms your employment, you will get an email from Ellucian with your account information. - Upon logging in to the Ellucian Customer Support Center you will have the ability to search articles, community forums, and access Ellucian's documentation for all Colleague-related processes. You will be presented with a Tour of the support site, and we strongly recommend that you take the tour to help you navigate this site.
