Information Technology & Office Hours

Modified on Fri, Oct 16 at 11:49 AM

Information Technology (IT) is Lesley University’s central technology department, supporting the academic and operational needs of students, faculty, and staff with reliable, secure technology services and excellent support. As an administrative office, IT operates during standard university business hours.

Hours

  • Sherrill Hall: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
  • University Hall (1st floor, Support Hub): Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
  • Summer hours (June through mid-August): Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM; Friday, 9 AM–12:30 PM

Note: Like other administrative offices, IT follows the official Lesley University holiday schedule and is closed when the university is closed for holidays.

What IT supports

  • Comprehensive support: secure access to wireless internet, email, myLesley, LOIS (Lesley Online Information System), and digital learning platforms; computer labs and classrooms with AV and computer equipment for Windows and Apple users; device connectivity and password self-service.
  • Resource accessibility: technology policies, network authentication, printing and scanning services, and help with technology issues from login help to software installations and repairs.
  • Operational guidance: technology policies such as the Acceptable Use Policy and Data Security Protocols, plus step-by-step guidance on core services like Zoom, multi-factor authentication setup, and changing display names.
  • Hybrid and in-person service: staff work a hybrid schedule, so both remote and in-person help are available throughout the academic year.
