Request Leave of Absence on Behalf of an Employee

Sometimes personal or professional circumstances require employees to take time off. This could be for the birth of a child, a serious medical condition, or to care for a family member. Submitting a request for leave will require additional approvals.

 

Accessing Request Leave of Absence:

 

  1. Navigate to My Team Management

  1. Under Actions tile, select: 
    1. Enter Absence
    2. Select your worker

 

  1. Once employee is selected from drop down menu, the following tab will require additional information, a calendar will open to allow you select the time off needed

 

  1. After completing the calendar for the days needed for leave, you will need to select the type of leave needed 
    1. Long term Disability
    2. Military Leave
    3. PFML
    4. Unpaid Leave
    5. Workers Comp
    6. Leave of Absence (if leave type is unknown) 
  2. Submit the request

The request routes to the Absence Partner for approval/processing

  1. If the Leave is approved the Absence Partner will reach out to the employee to set up next steps or additional documents required
