Scroll down to see your open requisitions.

Click on the requisition link to explore and view additional details.

You will be directed to the job requisition page where you will find additional details of the job requisition itself and candidates who have applied to the role.

Review Candidates

Head to the Candidates tab to review the list of candidates who have applied for the role.

Candidate Profiles

Clicking on each candidate's profile gives access to their resume, application, and any attached documents. Click the paperclip icon above Resume to view their application documents.

Evaluate their qualifications, experience, and skills against the job requirements.

Dispositioning Candidates

When making disposition decisions, you have two primary options. Be sure to check the box next to the candidate to take action.

  • Move Forward - If the candidate aligns with the role.
  • Decline - If they are not the right fit. When selecting decline, you can further specify the status, triggering a related notification to inform the candidate of the decision. This ensures clear communication and transparency throughout the hiring process.

Move Candidates to the Next Stage

For candidates you wish to advance, navigate to the relevant stage (e.g., Manager Interview),

select the candidate and utilize the Move Forward option to transition them. After notifying the primary recruiters of your decision to move forward with interviews for the selected pool, a diversity check will be conducted. Once you receive confirmation that the pool meets the required diversity standards, proceed to select the Final Interview option, specifically for the finalists. This will initiate the skill survey, reference checking process, and simultaneously the final leadership interview.

Evaluate Interviews

After interviews, assess candidate performance. Disposition candidates based on interview outcomes.

Communicate with Candidates

Utilize Workday to send automated or personalized emails to candidates. Provide updates on their application status. Complete all sections with the red asterisk.

Reference Checks

If applicable, Talent Acquisition will initiate reference checks within Workday.

Offer Management

The Primary Recruiters will initiate the offer process in Workday and subsequently conduct the background check.

Onboarding

For accepted offers, initiate the necessary onboarding tasks for your new hire. As the hiring manager, look for onboarding tasks specifically assigned to you within your inbox. Use the Onboarding module to provide the new hire with a list of helpful contacts. Include team members, HR representatives, and any other relevant contacts. Click Submit to launch the new hire onboarding.
