Accessing Tax Documents in Workday

Modified on Fri, Feb 23 at 8:38 AM

Colleagues can access their tax documents in Workday.

You will first need to log into Workday. If this is your first time logging in, please reference the knowledge base article How to Login To Workday.

Once you are logged into Workday, you will navigate to the Benefits & Pay application in the Your Top Apps section on the Workday homepage.

You will select the Pay drop-down arrow and select Tax. The My Lesley Benefits & Pay Hub will populate the Payroll Hub - Worker Tax Information screen.

Under All Tax Documents, you will see all tax documents available to you. Including your W-2. You can either View or Print on the same screen. Workday will display a message that your request is being processed. Once completed, a printable version will pop up on your screen where you can view and/or print your tax document.

You can refer back to the tax document by clicking the Notifications Bell on the top right of your screen. If the document was the most recent action you have taken, it should be the first notification Workday displays with a link to your tax document.

In the Payroll Hub - Worker Tax Information, you can perform other actions such as:

  • Edit your Tax Forms Printing Elections
  • Change both Federal and State Elections

For more information on how to change both Federal and State Elections, please reference the knowledge base article

Change Tax Elections.
