If you are having trouble logging into myLesley, please try the following steps:
- 1. Make sure your account is active.
- 2. Make sure you are Logging in correctly.
- 3. Make sure your password is working.
- 4. Check your browser.
- 5. Put in a support ticket.
1. Make sure your account is active.
- Claim Your Account: If you are new to Lesley, you will not be able to log into any of the Lesley systems until you have claimed your account, verified your recovery information, and changed your password. Refer to the Claiming your Lesley Account support article for more information.
- New Registrations: If you have just registered for a class, you won't have access until the next day. The data is synced across systems overnight.
- Recent Graduate: Recent graduates will lose access to their Lesley SSO account 60 days after graduation. Refer to the Technology Access for Graduating Students support article for more information.
2. Make sure you are Logging in correctly.
Follow these steps to ensure that you are logging into myLesley correctly:
- Type https://my.lesley.edu directly into your browser's address bar.
- Press the green myLesley Login button.

- You will be redirected to Lesley University's Single-Sign-On. Enter your Lesley credentials in the form of username@lesley.edu, then click Next to enter your password and authenticate.

3. Make sure your password is working.
If you are trying to log into myLesley, but keep getting errors, the issue might be with your password. If you get an error when you try to login to myLesley:
- Try logging into Self-Service at https://lesley.edu/selfservice.
- If you are unable to login to Self-Service go to the Password Management site at https://password.lesley.edu and reset or change your password.
- If you are unable to change or reset your password, contact Information Technology at 617-349-8770, or it@lesley.edu.
4. Check your browser.
In some cases, your browser may be causing the issue. Try the following:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies and restart your device.
- Once you have restarted, login to myLesley directly by going into your browser and typing https://my.lesley.edu directly into your browser's address bar.
- DO NOT use a bookmark! A bookmark could be taking you to an old course that is no longer available in the system. If you are going to bookmark myLesley, please use the direct url (https://my.lesley.edu) and not an individual course or organization.
5. Put in a support ticket.
