Accessing Your myLesley Calendar Outside of Blackboard

Exporting Your myLesley/Blackboard Calendar

Blackboard Calendar events can be synchronized with third-party calendars such as Outlook and Google via an iCalendar (iCal) feed. Once the iCal feed is set up on a third-party calendar, updates to events are automatically reflected on the third-party calendar. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to sync the calendars.

Access your myLesley calendar by clicking on the Calendar link in the main navigation menu. Then click the Settings button (gear icon).

This will bring you into your Calendar settings. Here, you will see a list of all of your calendars (from each active course and organization in which you are enrolled). Select or unselect the calendars you wish to view, then click on the menu button (three dots) and select Share Calendar.

This will bring up the Share Calendar Link option. Click Copy to copy your calendar link.

You will now be able to paste this link into your desired calendar (ex Outlook, Google).


Adding the Calendar Link to Office 365

Log in to Office 365 at

At the top of the page, click the Apps launcher.

From the list of apps, select Outlook.

When Outlook opens, click on the Calendar icon on the left side menu and then click Add Calendar.

click the calendar icon to open the calendar tool. then click add calendar to add your calendar link.

This will open your Lesley calendar. On the left side of the screen click on Add Calendar.

This will bring you to the Add Calendar area. Select Subscribe from web. Paste the URL of your calendar, give it a name, and (optional) color and charm. Select Import to import your calendar.

paste your calendar link into the space provided. give your calendar a name and (optionally) select a color and/or charm.

Your myLesley calendar will be added to your Office 365 calendar. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to sync the calendars.
