Lesley Accounts

As a student, you will have access to a variety of tools and resources to help you on your academic journey. Once you graduate, you will no longer have access to many of these resources. In most cases, you will lose access 60 days after graduation. 

This article will walk you through your specific accounts and how to download/access content prior to losing access.

Alumni Access

After graduation, you will still continue to have access to these services.

Email

You will continue to have access to your Lesley email as an alumni. You will not retain access to Office 365. You may log in to your email directly: http://www.lesley.edu/email.

LiveText

LiveText accounts have a 5-year lifespan. You may continue to access LiveText after graduation via their site until the 5-year period has expired. After the initial 5-year period you may purchase an extension through Watermark LiveText.

Self-Service

You will continue to have access to Self-Service as an alumni. You may log in directly: https://lesley.edu/selfservice.

Tevera

You will lose access to your Lesley SSO account 60 days after graduation, but you may continue to access Tevera with your Lesley email address. Go to https://lesley.tevera.app/#/logon to access your Tevera account.

Accounts Terminating 60 Days After Graduation

You will lose access to your Lesley SSO account 60 days after graduation. With the termination of your account you will also lose access to many Lesley tools and services.

Kaltura

You will have access to Kaltura for 60 days after graduation. The following article will walk you through downloading your Kaltura Media: Download Your Media.

Library Resources

You will have access to all library resources for 60 days after graduation. Upon graduation you will still be able to access selected library resources: Library Services for Alumni.

Microsoft Office 365

You will have access to Microsoft Office 365 for 60 days after graduation, though you may continue to access email as an alumni. You may download your OneDrive content or purchase a copy of Office 365: Office 365 for graduating students and alumni

myLesley/Blackboard

You have access to myLesley/Blackboard for 60 days after graduation. The following article will walk you through saving content from your course (including the syllabus, course content, discussions, graded assignments, etc.): Saving myLesley Content After a Course Has Ended (Students).

VoiceThread

You will have access to VoiceThread for 60 days after graduation. Reach out to elis@lesley.edu to transfer your Lesley VoiceThread account to a personal account.

Zoom

You will have access to Zoom for 60 days after graduation. The following article will walk you through downloading your Zoom recordings: Download Zoom Recordings.
