How to get help from Tevera?

Overview

Every Tevera user has the ability to submit a ticket to Tevera's Support Team. If you have a question to which you cannot find the answer in Tevera's support materials, or if you are encountering an issue and need technical support, please send in a support request! YOU CAN ALSO BYPASS THESE DIRECTIONS AND EMAIL [email protected] 

How to Contact Support

  1. Click theTevera 1.pngin the upper right corner of the page.
  2. The support menu will open in the lower right.
  3. To open your Learning space, click the View learning modules and program resources tile. 
  4. To search the Knowledge Base, click the Read help articles tile.
  5. If you still have a question, click Contact Support.
    • When Student Users click on Contact Support, you will be routed to the Tevera Student and Alumni Support Hub! Please ask your question in the smart assistant, Lumi, and review the help provided. If your question is not answered, you will be prompted to submit a request to our Support Team.

  6. You can view it and any responses in your Support Hub, which you can access by clicking the My Support Tickets button.

Creating Your Tevera Support Account and Submitting a Support Request

  1. If you need to submit a support request first you must create a support account. After clicking on Contact Support, click on the Login button located in the right top corner of the screen.
  2. Next, you will enter your username and password. If this is the first time you’ve come to the Support Hub to create a support request, click on Not a member? to create your account.
  3. Once you’ve created your account, login in to submit a support request.
  4. Once logged in, click on Submit Issue and follow the prompts to submit a support request.
