What is a Requirements Completed Transcript (RCT)?

Modified on Tue, May 21 at 7:11 PM

Have you finished your degree program and need proof of completion? You may need a Requirements Completed Transcript (RCT). This is useful if we have not yet conferred your degree.

Your official graduation date is when we confer your degree. Lesley University confers degrees three times a year: January, May, and September. An RCT shows the date you completed your program. That's the date when your final grade was submitted. It also shows when your degree will be conferred. That's usually 1-2 weeks after we receive your final grade and clear you for graduation.

RCTs are useful for job applications and professional licensure. They may also be needed if new credentials qualify you for a pay rate increase. Note that students in certificate or non-degree programs are not eligible for an RCT.

To order an RCT, visit our transcript ordering page for more information.

Please note: We confer January and September degrees on the 15th. May conferral is on the date of the Lesley University Commencement ceremony. That's usually the 3rd Saturday in May.
