I can't register in the Self-Service portal. Where can I find a registration form?

If you're registering via walk-in or mail-in registration, you can download a fillable PDF version of our registration form on the Registrar's Office Forms page. You'll find it in the "Registration" drop-down menu. We've also attached a copy to this article (below).

Complete the form and make a copy for your records until you graduate. From there, the best way to send it to us is by submitting a Support Hub ticket. You'll find a link to attach files at the bottom of each ticket form.

Please only use the Registration Form if you are unable to use Lesley's Self-Service portal to register for your course(s).
