How is full-time or three-quarter-time status determined for health insurance?

Full-time or three-quarter-time status is based on registered credits, not classes, and your status for the semester will be determined as of the last date of the add/drop period. For term-based students, we use the number of credits for both term 1 and term 2 to make that calculation.

If you’re in a campus-based program and you're enrolled in 9 credits as an undergraduate or 6 credits as a graduate student, you’ll be required to participate in the student health insurance enrollment or waiver process. If you are currently enrolled in a comparable plan, you can submit a waiver by logging into www.gallagherstudent.com/lesley.
