I have not received my refund; how can I get a new check?

Student account refunds that are generated by paper checks can often be lost in the mail. We recommend setting up direct deposit to ensure the secure delivery of your refund.

Changing your refund preference is easy: 


  1. Visit the Student Account Center (SAC) by logging Self-Service at lesley.edu/selfservice. In the Financial Information menu, select "Finances" and then "View Billing Activity and Make a Payment."
  2. Log into the Student Account Center (SAC) and click on the tab at the top of the page that says "refund."
  3. Complete the process in our direct deposit setup instructions, starting with step four.


If you were expecting a paper refund check and you haven't received it, please contact us by submitting a ticket on the Support Hub. Replacement checks can take up to a week to reissue.
