When you open up your LiveText account, you will see your dashboard. On the right-hand side of the page, there is a term Dropbox. This needs to be set to Current Terms or All Terms if you want to see all of the courses you are taking this semester. Once a semester or term is over, your courses will disappear from your homepage. Don't worry, they are still on LiveText. You just need to set the term Dropbox to the semester or term that you took that course.
