Updating your personal information in the Lesley system

Below are the ways that you can update or correct your personal information at Lesley.

Updating your phone number or personal email

Students and Alumni:


You can log into Self-Service at https://lesley.edu/selfservice and expand the left-hand menu by clicking on the 3 horizontal lines in the upper-left-hand corner.

  • Click on the down arrow to the right of User Options.
  • Click on User Profile.
    • You can add contact information by:
      • Clicking on the Add New Email button
      • Clicking on the Add New Phone button
    • You can edit contact information by clicking on the pencil icons to the right of each item listed.  
    • You can delete the personal emails and phone numbers by clicking on the X icons to the right of each. 


Lesley systems utilize the Lesley email type and/or the Personal email type.  If you do not have a Lesley email address, we recommend you update your Personal Email Type as the Preferred email.  You cannot edit or delete "Lesley" email address Types and this address will be marked as the Preferred email by default. 


If you do make any edits or additions, please press the Confirm button at the top of the applicable section when you are done.


Faculty and Staff:


You can log into the Workday Portal to update your phone number or personal email address on file. Any changes you make will be submitted to Human Resources for approval.  For step-by-step instructions, please read Change My Contact Information (Address, Phone Number, Email).


Updating your mailing address on file


Students and Alumni:


You can create a ticket in the Support Hub, email help@lesley.edu, or complete the electronic Change of Address Form [requires login].



Faculty and Staff:


You can log into the Workday Portal to update your mailing address. Any changes you make will be submitted to Human Resources for approval.  For step-by-step instructions, please read Change My Contact Information (Address, Phone Number, Email).



Correcting your birthdate or Social Security number


Students & Alumni:


For birthdate corrections:

You can fill out a ticket at the Support Hub letting them know that your birthdate information is incorrect in the system. You should reference your student account number. You can also call 617-349-8760, or visit in person. Registrar's Office support staff are available in the Support Hub, located on the 1st floor of University Hall (1815 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge).

 

For Social Security number corrections:

Submit your corrections to the Registrar's Office via phone (617-349-8760) or in person at the Support Hub (University Hall, 1st floor, 1815 Massachusetts Avenue). Do not send your information via email. You should NEVER include your Social Security number in an email!


 

Faculty/Staff:

 

For birthdate corrections:

You can log into the Workday Portal to correct your birthdate. Any changes you make will be submitted to Human Resources for approval.  For step-by-step instructions, please read Change My Personal Information.


For Social Security number corrections:

Submit your corrections by calling Human Resources at 617-349-8787, or visiting their office at 101 Brattle Street. Do not send your information via email. You should NEVER include your Social Security number in an email! 



Facilities Services or Public Safety Vendors:


For birthdate corrections:

Send an email to Brian Croake (bcroake@lesley.edu) to let him know that the information is incorrect in the system. You can also call 617-349-8884. 

 

For Social Security number corrections:

Call Brian Croake at 617-349-8884. Do not send your information via email. You should NEVER include your Social Security number in an email!
