Setting up or changing your security code password

To prevent unauthorized access, select your own unique security code and change it regularly. Follow the steps below to set up or change your voicemail security code.

Set up or change your security code

1. Dial 2222 to access the voicemail system.
2. Follow the prompts: “To enter your mail box, press pound (#).” “Please enter your mailbox number.” (your four-digit extension) “Please enter your security code.” (the security code you set up, or the default one you received)
3. Press 16.
4. Press 1 for personal options.
5. Follow the prompts. Your code can be between 4 and 10 digits.
6. Press * to quit custom options.
