At a glance
- Where: the Support Hub in University Hall (at the Support Hub desk, across from the Public Safety desk) and the Support Hub Annex on South Campus
- Loan period: 24 hours
- What to bring: your own charging cables. If you need a cable, the Library in Sherrill Hall loans them out.
About the power station
The power station has 10 portable chargers that you can borrow for 24 hours. You can charge your smartphone, iPad, or laptop anywhere!
Key features include:
- One 120VAC standard three prong outlet
- Two USB ports with rapid charging (Quick Charge 3.0 compatible)
- One universal DC barrel port
- OLED screen to monitor heat levels and remaining charge time
How to borrow
You can take the charger wherever you go on campus. You won’t need to plug into the wall — all you need is your device cord.
- Go to the Support Hub front desk at either location and ask for a charger.
- Scan the QR Code on the sign.
- Complete the form.
- Return when you are done.
