How can I request an enrollment verification?

Do you need to prove that you're enrolled at or have a degree from Lesley? You can request an enrollment verification on Self-Service. Visit lesley.edu/selfservice and log in with your Lesley University username and password. From there, follow these steps:

1) From the Self-Service welcome page, select the "Enrollment Verification" shortcut.

You can also access the Enrollment Verification screen from the navigation menu on the left, under the "Academics" submenu.

2) Once you're on the Enrollment Verifications screen, you'll see a list of previous enrollment verifications you've requested. To request a new verification, select the "Add New Request" button on the right.

3) Next, provide the requested information. Tell us who should receive the enrollment verification, provide their address, and note the number of copies to be sent. When you're done, press the Submit button.

4) The list of requested enrollment verifications will reappear. A notification should display at the top right to confirm that your request was successful. An email confirmation will also be sent to your Lesley University email address.

Your new request will be at the top of the list of requested verifications. The "Produced" column on the left will say "Pending" until your request has been processed. After that, the date that the verification was produced will appear.

Don't have a Self-Service account? Use our Enrollment Verification Request (PDF form attached below). This form requires your signature and can only be submitted by you or a family member. Submit it to our office via document upload when you create a case here on the Solution Center. Or if you prefer, you can submit your form via fax (617.649.4855), or USPS mail.
