Employees are allowed to enroll or make changes anytime throughout the calendar year. Use this guide to help you add or change your retirement savings contributions.

Accessing My Retirement Savings

From the Workday Homepage, click the Benefits and Pay application located on the right-hand hand side under Your Top Apps.

Click on the Change Retirement Savings link located under the Tasks and Reports.

You will then be prompted to select a Benefit Event Date for this change. Please note you cannot enter a date from the past.

Once you have your date selected, you can click Continue.

*On the next page, you will receive a message confirming the date of your retirement savings change and the next step would be to confirm any changes you would like to make to your retirement savings benefits. Press Continue on the bottom left of the screen to proceed.

Modifying My Retirement Savings Contributions

Each benefit plan will display in a separate tile box. Review the benefit plan(s) available. Click Enroll or Manage under the appropriate Retirement plan tile.

*If you are enrolling for the first time in the retirement savings benefits, your selection will be defaulted to Waive. To make a contribution, you will need to update the selection to Select.

*If you have contributions currently set up, you will leave the selection as Select to allow you to make changes. If you wish to no longer contribute to the retirement savings benefits, you will then change your selection to Waive to opt out.

Once you have your appropriate selection, you will click Confirm and Continue.

If you are adding or making a percentage change, enter the percentage amount under the Contribution (%) field, then click Save.

Once you have made your changes, select Review

You will then be provided an overview of your changes. Be sure to look for any messages you may receive. Once you are completed making your changes, click Submit

You will receive a confirmation page your retirement elections have been updated.
