Overview
This article instructs how to apply a signature to a document and how to remove a signature.
Sign a Document
Signatures are found either within a form or at the end of the document.
Important: You must complete all required fields prior to signing a form.
From within a form, click the Sign here yellow flag on a signature line.
A box will open with signing options:
Sign with your Password
Click the text icon to sign with your password.
Enter your login password.
Click x to cancel.
Click sign button to save the signature.
Sign with a Mouse or Tablet
Click the pencil icon to sign with mouse or tablet.
Use your mouse or finger to write your name in the box provided.
Click clear to start over.
Click the expand icon to enlarge the signing box.
Click x to cancel.
Click sign to save the signature.
Note: To add, remove, or update signature permissions, submit a ticket to our support team.
Remove a Signature
Signatures lock content in a document so it cannot be edited anymore. If you need to make a change to a form, this will require you to remove the signature(s) from the form. Removing a signature is permissions-based. Depending on your permissions, you may have permission only to remove your own signature.
Click on the trash can icon next to the signature.
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your choice.
Click Yes.
The signature will be removed.
