Learning Transcripts allows you to see your learning history, including all the content you have completed, that still is in progress, or that has not been started yet. This overview allows you to see where you are in your learning journey.

There are two ways to view your learning transcript.

  • From the My Learning Experience homepage.
  • Your Employee Profile in Workday.

My Learning Experience

On the Workday homepage, navigate to the Learning application.

From the navigational panel on the left-hand side of your screen, click My Learning. Scroll down until you find the View Your Learning History section. Click the blue link View Learning Transcript to pull your history.

Employee Profile

On the Workday homepage, click the person icon on the top-right corner of the screen. Select View Profile.

Navigate to the Career section on the left-hand side of the screen and select the Learning tab.

Your Learning Transcript

Your Learning Transcript will show your history of all the learning content you took in Workday's Learning Library. You can review status, completion dates, and many other information related to the learning content.

The learning transcript is broken down into three sections:

  1. Not Started
  2. In Progress
  3. Learning History

The transcript being categorized in three sections will help you know where you are exactly in your learning journey and make any updates as necessary depending on which status you are in.
