You can also dial directly to an individual or department: call 617.349, then the individual’s or department’s four-digit extension. Example: to reach the IT Help Desk, dial 617-349-8770 directly.
Note: If the extension starts with a 2, you cannot dial directly. Dial the main number first, then enter the extension.
Switchboard assistance
For assistance with reaching a campus extension, dial the main number, then either press 0 or hold for assistance from the Lesley switchboard operators. Switchboard assistance is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
