Start by emailing map@lesley.edu You can also go to the Tevera site and search for how to articles or contact Tevera support.
- Log on to your Tevera Account
- Click on the HELP button
Type in a keyword that describes what you need help with. It can be as simple as rubric, self-evaluation, forms, hours, etc. How to articles will pop-up. These articles will have step-by-step directions walking you through how to solve your problem or complete your task. In many cases, there are accompanying videos to go along with the directions.
If the article does not answer your question, click on the Contact Support button located at the bottom of the same page with your how-to-articles. Please try to be as detailed as possible when describing your issue. Perhaps, you could include screenshots to go along with your written explanation. If it is a priority, please mark it as high.
You also have the option to upload pictures, files and screenshots showing them what you can’t describe in words.
Finally, click SEND and wait for Tevera to respond to your request. Tevera should respond within 24 business hours.
You will receive a notification via email and in Tevera’s Communication Hub. To get to the Communication Hub, click on the email icon located on your Tevera home screen and check your inbox.
Please be aware that a response will not come instantly, especially if it is after hours. Give support 24 hours to respond. Your first stop should always be Lesley's support map@lesley.edu which is available 9-5 on weekdays.
